According to this, minor suit slam tries go through Stayman over a 1NT opener. Here is what the booklet says, "2♣ is “non-forcing” Stayman, meaning that the bidding may stop in two of a suit. Opener rebids 2♥ with 4–4 in the majors. If responder rebids three of either minor, he shows slam interest and at least a five-card suit."The booklet is completely silent as to how the auction will proceed after:1NT-2♣-2 any-3m?How does the auction continue when,1. Opener discourages a slam try?2. Opener encourages a slam try? SAYC uses 4NT as Blackwood. According to the booklet I cannot use Blackwood after 1NT as this is invitational to 6NT? Anyway Blackwood would inevitably force the auction to level 6 for a minor suit response? So how can I sign off at level 5 if that is where the auction belongs? 0 Back to top of the page up there ^ Reply #2 plum_tree Group: Full Members Posts: 72 Joined: 2012-January-25 Gender:Not Telling Posted 2013-June-21, 22:31 Never got any help to this. Perhaps somone has tabs with the ACBL as to the minor suit slam try continuations after Stayman? Or is my understanding of the SAYC booklet wrong? Or is the booklet itself wrong? 0 Back to top of the page up there ^ Reply #3 Antrax Group: Advanced Members Posts: 2,458 Joined: 2011-March-15 Gender:Male Posted 2013-June-21, 23:31 The very simple method I had when I played like this had opener bidding 4m if he's interested in slam and 3NT if he's not. Once 4m agrees that we're going to play in that minor, you can cue bid on the way to 4NT to ensure you won't get too high. It's not a very good method (wastes a lot of space) and it might not really be SAYC - I was taught all sorts of things as "SAYC" that turned out not to be so. 0 Back to top of the page up there ^ Reply #4 plum_tree Group: Full Members Posts: 72 Joined: 2012-January-25 Gender:Not Telling Posted 2013-June-22, 01:25 Antrax, on 2013-June-21, 23:31, said:The very simple method I had when I played like this had opener bidding ... 3NT if he's not [interested in a minor suit slam].This sounds like a correct bidding sequence. Operating mode to program mode first, followed by your preferred new 4-digit pin. Once you enter the number, you can switch the system back to ‘operate’ mode before putting it back to work. Anyways, here is a step-by-step procedure for completing the reset task. Step 1: Locate the internal switches within the garage door opener remote control by removing its cover. Step 2: Simultaneously press the * and # pound buttons to reset the password. Observe the red light blinks a couple of times until it stops to indicate reset. Step 3: Enter the new 4-digit passcode followed by the # pound button. Step 4: Press your garage door opener type (1-9). If unsure, check the backside of your device to determine your opener type’s number. Once you have entered the opener type number, press the # pound button. Step 5: Locate the “LEARN” button on your garage door opener, always near the opener’s antennae. Suppose you have a ceiling mount or wall mount opener, set up a ladder to reach the button. You must slide the mortar casing to access the button. Press the LEARN button and observe the opener blinks. Step 6: Within 30 seconds of releasing the LEARN button, rush to the keypad outside your garage door, press the new passcode, and then press 0 three times. This should be done before the opener flashing stops. The flashing shows that the opener is ready to be reset and accepts the new code from the Keypad unit. Remember, you can have someone help if you cannot reach the keypad in time. Step 7: Test the new passcode. Enter the new password on the keypad and observe whether it is closing or opening your garage door. Alternatively: Method 2 Step 1: Disconnect the garage door opener from its power

Wait much longer to get on the scoresheet for the first time.Ronaldo earned his first assist in a friendly against Sweden in April of 2004, coming off the bench to set up a 91st-minute equalizer by Nuno Gomes to snatch a 2-2 draw. His first goal would come on a bigger stage, scoring a consolation in Portugal's opener against Greece at Euro 2004.While that match would end in a 2-1 defeat, Ronaldo would play a significant role in Portugal's run to the Euro 2004 final, scoring the opener and assisting their second in a breakout performance against the Netherlands in a 2-1 victory in the semifinals.Other Cristiano Ronaldo debutsHaving played for clubs in five different nations across his illustrious career, Ronaldo has competed in a litany of competitions all over the world. He has competed in three of the five major European leagues (English Premier League, Spanish La Liga, and Italian Serie A) as well as the highly regarded Portuguese league from his first professional season.Add in his enormous background for Portugal, and there are very few major global competitions, especially in Europe, in which Ronaldo has not participated.Interestingly, Ronaldo has not scored many times in his competitive debut for new competitions, but it usually didn't take long to start banging in the goals.A full list of Cristiano Ronaldo debuts in every professional competitionDateCompetitionMatchGoalsOct. 7, 2002UEFA Champions League qualifyingSporting CP 0-0 Inter0Sep. 19, 2002UEFA Cup/UEFA Europa LeagueSporting CP 1-3 Partizan0Sep. 29, 2002Liga PortugalBraga 4-2 Sporting CP0Nov. 24, 2002Taca de PortugalSporting
