This will give you identification information about the device which we will need later on.At this point users will need to navigate to JAIX Admin > Tools > System Setup > Global Then click the Preview button under the JAIX Web API Settings.This will present a small window with the QR code that when scanned through the JAIX DriverApplication will connect your device to your live database.On your device, click the "About" button to open up the device information screen then click the "Setup" button. The application will ask to access your camera, after this simply point the camera towards the QR code.The QR Code can also be emailed to staff member that do not have access to JAIX Admin. Linking Mobility AssetThe About screen within the JAIX application will also present the user with VendorID.This value will need to be entered against the Mobility Asset record to link the device with the JAIX Asset.Enter the VendorID number into the VendorID field. This is how JAIX identifies which device is connected to a mobility asset within JAIX.

Mobility AssetsThis document contains reference material to be used in conjunction with the Mobility Assets Standard Training Module. This is an entry level overview of Searching, Creating and Modifying Mobility Assets within JAIX. Any mobility device connected to a JAIX environment will require a Mobility Asset record. These can be created automatically in the event of a Subcontractor login. But for Company Mobility Assets, the records must be created manually.
